The Blues were linked with Hysaj throughout the summer, after Sarri’s appointment at Stamford Bridge, though Calciomercato claim a gentleman’s agreement was reached between Chelsea and Napoli to prevent the Blues signing any more of the Serie A side’s players after buying Jorginho.However, the same report says Chelsea have already started negotiations with Napoli over a deal for Hysaj with under a month until the transfer window reopens.
