Juventus have discussed a possible move to re-sign Paul Pogba from Manchester United, club chief Fabio Paratici has confirmed.There are major doubts over the World Cup winners future at Old Trafford after a latest falling out with manager Jose Mourinho.2

Pogba’s return to Old Trafford has not gone to plan

Pogba left Juventus in 2016 to return to United for a record-breaking 89million, but it has not gone to plan for the Frenchman back in the Premier League.He has failed to live up to expectations and has struggled for form and consistency under Mourinho.His relationship with the boss was deteriorated throughout this season and a latest dressing room bust-up, where Mourinho is alleged to have branded Pogba a virus in front of his team-mate, has led to more reports that he could leave.Some of Europe’s biggest clubs have been linked with an interest in the 25-year-old ahead of the January transfer window.2

And Juventussporting director Paratici has revealed his club are still interested in bringingPogbaback to Italy.He said: “A return? We have already discussed this many times.“He’s a great player we’ve had before and are fond of, but now he plays for Manchester United.“We are exploring the market, the president and Pavel Nedved, with the help of coach [Massimiliano] Allegri.“To improve the team we are always careful. We still have great players and we enjoy them. It will not be easy to always have so many strong ones.”Pogba spent four years with the Serie A champions before he completed his switch back to the Premier League.La Liga giants Barcelona are also reportedly among the teams monitoring the under-fire 25-year-old.
